Architectural Research and Design Studio, founded by Designer
Oliver Daxenbichler and Robert Oljaca in 2013,
is situated in the center of Frankfurt am Main. Studio
ARaD develops interior concepts, ranging from exclusive
residential architecture to suitable living objects.
The studio name indicates the importance of the architectural
dialogue between form and function and reflects the core question
of the
design process of ARaD.
Studio ARaD is dedicated to quality and simple forms.
THE BANKSIDE APARTMENT
Welcome home. A little island of sophisticated cosiness in the city centre of Frankfurt am Main. A refuge above a creative city in motion.
The open plan is defined by a spatial block containing a bathroom with walk-in shower, a built-in wardrobe and toilet with utility room.
A signature apartment with an eye-popping mix of design.
Single family house
A mid-70s architect's house rebuilt to a contemporary single family house. The open split-level construction features
a spacious dining area with a modern white built-in kitchen, an open living area combined with a gallery level and three
bedrooms. The sophisticated lines seem to be floating in space and form the framework for an interior design mix of
object combinations and modern furnitures.
Sleep. Dream. Relax. Cook. Dine. Sit.
To whom is the space being designed? Who exactly is going to live here and what specific needs do they have?
Our design process is based on finding creative answers to these core questions to create a design soloution that enhance the lives of the people
who will use the space. Think creatively, find the simplest form and be able to rethink and reverse the existing.
